She was a graduate of Baker High School. She confessed Christ as her Savior at an early age at Greater King David Baptist Church. Barbara was a hard worker. She was the shift manager at Burger King and Popeyes Chicken. She was humble and enjoyed life. She enjoyed time with her family, and she loved her children. On Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 7a.m., Barbara peacefully transitioned to her eternal life. She was 46 years old. Barbara leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving mother Henrietta K. Henry and father Mitchell (Pam) Henry of Baton Rouge, LA.; Three sisters Angela Henry, April Henry and Mishea Henry all of Baton Rouge, LA.; one brother Mitchell(Tinesha) Henry of Baton Rouge, LA.; a loving son Steven Henry of Baton Rouge, LA; Two loving daughters Cierra and Kevinesha Henry both of Baton Rouge, LA.; Five loving grandchildren DaKyrie, Michaelyn, Micheal, Semaj, and Micheriya all of Baton Rouge, LA.; Six nephews Nathaniel, Jonathan, JaQuail, Jaylon, Kaleb and JaQuan all of Baton Rouge, LA.; Three great nieces and two great nephews all of Baton Rouge, LA.; Eight aunts Patricia Henry, Jane Clark and Sandra (DeWayne)James, Laura and Hilda Kelly all of Baton Rouge, La.; Ella(Clarence) Matthews, Elizabeth(Clyde) West of Slaughter, LA.; and Betty Bradley of Zachary, La.; Four uncles Frazier Henry of Baton Rouge, LA.; Tom Kelly of Zachary, LA.; Jerry(Sandra) and Johnny Kelly of Slaughter, LA.; One great aunt Elizabeth Chapman of Baker, LA.; and a host cousin relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Nathan and Ella O. Kelly; paternal grandparents Mitchell and Albertha Henry; seven uncles, six aunts and four cousins.
