Charles Ray Fulton was born on December 22, 1952, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.
He was a graduate of Capitol High School. He was a retiree of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and a former employee of BREC. On June 25, 1977 Charles was united in matrimony to Earlene Coleman and to this union two children were born.
Charles is survived by his 2 daughter; Felicia and Charlene Fulton, mother and father; Rebecca and Moses Fulton, 1 brother; Jeffery Fulton 1 sister; Deidre Fulton, 3 sisters-in-law; Celestine Davis, Margaret and Patricia Coleman, 3 brothers-in-law; Leo, Earl and Carl Coleman, 5 aunts; Idell Williams, Dorothhy Robertson, lillian (Edgar) Dunmore of Los Angeles, California, Mary Stampley of Chicago, illinois and Mosanna ( Ernest) Jackson of Baker, Louisiana, 2 nieces; Jalencia and Akilah Armstead, and 1 nephew; Christopher Armstead.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife; Earlene Coleman Fulton grandparents; Charles and Laura Fulton and Alson Williams and Georgia W Jordan, 1 sister; Brenda Armstead, mother-in law; Sarah Coleman, 4 uncles and 1 niece.
