Christopher Jesse Hudson was born June 17, 1965 to the union of Jesse Hudson and Ollie Mae Hudson. he departed this earthly life at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center on October 7, 2017. He attended the public school system of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Christopher was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many. he was a humble person with a real big heart. Chris possessed many talents, but mastered none (smile). Even though his path took various turns, he always accepted responsibility for his actions. It was evident that he loved the Lord. Christopher leaves to mourn: his loving mother, Ollie Hudson of Baton Rouge, La; two brothers: Michael F. Heckard of Baton Rouge, La and Darryl Hudson of Houston, TX; six sisters: Kathy A. Hudson, Barbara A. Hudson, Linda M. Hudson, tara H. Crumedy (Keisley) all of Baton Rouge, LA, Shataka T. Mcknight of Katy, TX, and Robertine Mcknight (Herbert) also of Baton Rouge, LA; a very special nephew like a brother: Berman A. Hudson of Baton Rouge, LA, a devoted niece, Jonnika H. Robertson (Vance) of Baton Rouge, LA; a devoted and loyal cousin, Gregory (Baby) Doyle of Baton Rouge, LA; alifelong, devoted and loyal friend: Angelo Byrd of Baton Rouge, LA; eight aunts: Ethel Ridley, Maelene Mungin (Carl), Sue Johnson (Bob), Georgia Heckard, Liza Heckard, Dorothy Bullock, Sandra Tolliver, and Brenda Heckard, one very dear and loving cousin like an aunt: Elizabeth Norman; eleven uncles: Dank Major (Flora), Cecil Jones, Davis Doyle, Alvin Doyle (Diane), Darron Doyle, Johnathan Edwards (Vickie), Gilbert Edwards, Dennis Edwards, Granville Heckard (Alberta), Archie Heckard ( Elizabeth), and Reverend Amos Heckard (Nancy), a longtime, dear uncle in-law: Odell Blanson, in addition to a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great newphews, and other loving relatives and friends. Christopher is preceded in death by his father: Jesse Hudson; grandfather: Amos Heckard, Sr., grandmothers: Sophie Edwards, Abby Augurson, and Georgia Heckard; four aunts: Jesse Blanson, Charity Phenix, Ella Edwards, Gloria Sims, two uncles: Elijah Heckard and Calvin Edwards.
