Darrel White departed this life on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 63 yrs of age. He was born to the late Mansel and Florida White, in Melville, LA. He resided there throughout his childhood, later relocating in Morgan City before moving to Baton Rouge to be closer to the majority of his family.

He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Darey and Steven Smith, Schemekia Smith, five grandchildren, DaMyrion, RaKayla, Paitn, Aniyah and TyKelen Smith. Six sisters and one brother, Diana Franklin (Gene), Delores White, Debra White (Donald Ray), Lodie O'Connor (Clarence), Kim Stanley, Phillip White, and Doris White (Ray), in additon a host of relatives and friends.

Darrel was preceded in death by his parents Florida and Mansel White, eight siblings, Bobby Sanders, Anna Jacobs, Herman White, Donald Ray White, Herbert White, Lela Mae Washington, and Jacqueline White.

Religious service will be held, on Saturday, Novermber 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Winnfield Funeral Home located at 7221 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA.
