Viola B. Harris affectionally known to her family and friends as "Vie", entered eternal rest at her resident on Wednesday, April 22. She was 83 years old native of Pickneyville, Ms and resident of Baton Rouge, LA She was a graduate of Johnson High School, Woodville Ms. Visitation at Winnfield Funeral Home, 7221 Plank Road, Baton Rouge LA on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 from 3-7pm; Visitation resumes Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 9am until service at 10am, conducted by Rev. Donald Grim, St. Joseph B.C.; interment, Winnfield Memorial Park. Survived by her son, Gary C. Harris; grandson, Clinton Harris; siblings, Malinda Holmes, Hemphill, Texas, Rosa Lee Ridley, Katherine Veal, Robert Bethley (Carolyn), all of Baton; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; preceded in death by her parents; and seven siblings.
