Deacon Karen Tobina Wyre was born May 5, 1966 in Baton Rouge, La. to the late Joseph and Marqurite Mulkey. She was a resident of Baton Rouge, La. She departed this life on August 21, 2019 at Ochsner Medical Center, Baton Rouge, La.
Deacon Karen Tobina Wyre accepted Christ at an early age at Frist Alphine Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Lee Snowden and later join Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church, under the leadership of Bishop Gregory Cooper, Sr. & Elder Bessie Cooper. She was ordained as a Deaconess and later became a Deacon. She attended Istrouma High School and she earn her high school diploma and studied Nursing Assistant while in Job Corp, San Marcos, Tx.

Her loving mother; Margaret Mulkey, Baton Rouge, La.; A support mother-in-law Albertha Wyre of Greensburg, La. Two sisters Sherrie Ann (Levy Wright, Jr.) Port Hudson, La. and Neysa Cobb (Dexter Cobb) of Baton Rouge, La. Two Brothers her twin Kelvin Mulkey and Gregory Mulkey (Laura Mulkey) both of Baton Rouge, La. Six Sister-In-Laws, Six Brother-In-Laws. One Aunt Sandra Graves, Godchildren Bryan Graves, Kobi Dehon, Daleveckio Wyre and Candance Lastrapes. A faithful loving friend Muriel Gremillion, a Host of Neices, Nephews and Great Nieces and Great Nephews Other Family and Friends.
She was proceed in death by her SoulMate, Deacon Marvick Wyre. Father Joseph D. Mulkey, a brother Steve A. Coleman. Her Grandparents, Three Aunt and Uncles.
