Diane Millican Jones was born in Independence, Louisiana, to the late Charles N. Millican, Sr., and Ora Lee Millican on June 3, 1948. She accepted Christ into her life at a very young age. She attended Scotlandville High School, Later in life, she attended Southern University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001. Diane was employed at Eastern Louisiana Mental Health Hospital for many years. She retired in 2005. Diane leaves to cherish her loving memories four children: Tammy L. Jones, Donnie M. Jones, Millard L. Jones, Tracy A. Jones and a special grandchild , Keosha Pierce. Three brothers, Charles N. Millican, Jr., Harvey, LA and Donnie B. Millican, Baton Rouge, LA; two sister, Sandra Millican Hart, Baker, LA and Angel C. Millican, Oceanside, CA; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandparents, great-grandchildren relatives and friends. Diane was preceded in death by parents Charles N. Millican, Sr., and Ora Lee Millican , one sister, Connie L. Staples.
