Sister Ellouise Morris Foster, affectionately known as "Weezy" was born on July 26, 1934 in Baton Rouge Louisiana to the union of Dave Morris, Sr. and Mary Lee Morris. She attended Capitol Senior High School in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Ellouise departed this life peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the age of 86. Ellouise was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, kindheartedness, and her loving and generous spirit. Ellouise dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized January 10, 1970. She attended the South, Southeast, Mid-City, Gus Young, and Lake Shore Congregations of Jehovahs Witnesses and remained a faithful servant until her demise. On January 1, 1955, Ellouise married Henry Leon Foster, Jr. God solidified this union with four children: Michael, Marvin, Irish, and Melvin. Mourning her departure; yet cherishing her love and memories are three children; Marvin Foster and Irish Foster- Hives, both of Baton Rouge, LA and Melvin Foster (Shakur Shabazz) of Atlanta, Georgia, two brothers ; Johnny Morris, Sr., Denver, CO, and Russell Morris, Sr., Baton Rouge, LA, daughter-in-law; Barbara Foster, son-in-law; Marcus Hives, sisters-in-law; Alfretta Foster-Bradley, Veronica Foster-North, Orelia Foster-Collins, and Sandra Foster-Reed, and, four brothers-in-law; Ivory Landry, Alton Foster, Hillman Foster, and Jessie Foster, seventeen grandchildren; Brandi Pichon, Derek Browden, Adrian Jackson, Orsonna Smith-Lee, Chanda Mills-Crutcher, Romell Foster, Sr., Dominique Mills-Mouton, DAndrea Mills-Coleman, Rachelle Foster, KaWayna Dunn, Jasmine Clark, Marvin Dellihue, Diamond Foster, Markeisha Hives, and Shania, Shareff, and Malik Shabazz, twenty-six great grandchildren, two very special family friends; Brenda Joseph and Tonyetta Gross, and a host of other relatives and friends. Ellouise was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years; Henry Foster, Jr., her oldest son; Michael Foster, parents; Mary Lee & Dave Morris, Sr., sister; Louise Morris, brothers; Milton and Dave Morris, Jr., and sisters-in-law; Annie Bell Morris, Aully Foster-Wilson, Lorraine Foster-Hill and Luvertha Lucien.
