Eugene Neal was born on December 23, 1961 in Independence, Louisiana to the parents of Eugene and Adean Neal, Sr. He passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in Sacramento, California. He grew up in Winters and then moved to Scotlandville, LA. Eugene attended Scotlandville High School. He later moved to Sacramento, California where he lived until his death. He proudly worked for Cummins Pacific in West Sacramento. Eugene's interest included family gatherings, playing pool, cooking and watching western movies.
