Frank Cooper, Jr. was born March 20, 1960 to the late Mable J. Cooper and Frank Cooper, Sr. On November 26, 2018 Frankie's task on earth ws completed. He accepted Christ at an early age. Frankie was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves to cherish his memories: his son, Pierre Poche; three grandchildren, Bri'Yonna Anderson, Kierra Parker and Kethan Parker; three sisters Connie Bailey, Deborah Browder and Robin Barnes and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Frank Cooper, Sr.; one sister; Gwendolyn Williams; his maternal grandparents, Odeal and Willie Lyons; one aunt, Margie Whitaker; two uncles, Alexander James and Willie Kelly; and one nephew, Cecil Rogers.
