Frank Don Washington, was born November 9, 1990 to Gwendolyn and Frank Washington, and Tom Stone, began rearing him at an early age. Frank was educated in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and later furthered his education by attending and completing Willie Payne Hair Academy.
Frank will always be remembered for his infectious smile and laughter, and his kind and giving heart. He was baptized at an early age and untied with Community Bible Church.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted dad and mother, Tom and Gwendolyn Stone of Baton Rouge; father, Frank Washington of Baton Rouge; his brother, Brian (Pamela) Washington, one niece, Brianna "Lady Bug" Washington; nephews, Brayson & Bryson Washington all of league City, Texas and his brother, Kasey Stone; his sister, Tammie Stone, Yolanda Faye Puttman and Charlotte Stone; his grandmother, Virginia Burnett of Baton Rouge; aunt, Mary W. Johnson of Baton Rouge, uncle, Michael W. Williams of Vinton, LA; God- sister, Kayla Thomas, Camry Jarvis and Courtney Cosey, all of Baton Rouge, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Frank is preceded in death by his grandmother, a Julia Washington; aunts, Brenda Hall, Sheryl Avery, Berlina West and Dolores Roberts and close friend, Krizzy Hills.
