On March 19, 2018 when all things were silent, the gates of heaven were opened; As two angles were called on a righteous mission to bring Harold Augustus home.
Harold J. Augustus accepted Christ early in his life, Rev. Gooden at Evergreen Baptist Church baptized. Harold was a graduate of Tara High School. Then went on to receive his Barbers License in 1988. Being an entrepreneur at heart, Harold went on to own a Beauty Salon, Detail Service, and Restaurant. Also, Harold had a passion for cars, he was a member of the Capital City Classic Car Club. Even though, he lived a short life, it was a life filled with love and excitement. During his journey he touched many with his charisma and charm.
Harold leaves to cherish his memory by his devoted wife, Tyquencia L. Augustus. His warm hearted mother, Margaret Augustus. Three children: Demetrius Spruell, Jordan Augustus, and Joereion Augustus. A brother, George (Cheryl) Augustus Jr. Four affectionate sisters: Alfreda (Dewayne) Watkins, Glenda (Paul) Hayes. Barbara Jackson, and Margaret (Leroy) Perkins. Also, a goddaughter Ivory S. Watkins.
Harold will be dearly missed by family members that witnessed, yet surpassed his growth into adulthood, whom include: His two uncles, James (Rosa Lee) Augustus, and Marry Ann Jones. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Harold was preceded in death by his father George Augustus and niece Ebony L. Watkins.
