Lehman Ross, Jr. was born March 6, 1950 in Baton Rouge, LA to the union of late Lehman, Sr. and Felmon Banks Ross. On September 5, 2026, Lehman peacefully transitioned from his earthly life at his home. He was affectionately called “Main”. He loved hunting and fishing. He was a creative artist and was a great mechanic in his spare time. Lehman leaves to cherish his precious memories three daughters, Karen (Eltigo) Harris, Carolyn Manchester, and Chemika (Emmitt) Queen; his brothers, Alton Ross (Debra Parker); Leroy Ross (Fiancée Belinda Johnson); Alfred Ross (Elaine Jones); Lakeisha Stamper and Lamont Stamper; a godchild, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lehman was proceeded in death by his parents Lehman, Sr. and Felmon Banks Ross, two brothers, Jerome Banks and Lionel Ross; three sisters, Virgin “MaMe” Chatman, Betty Johnson, Lorraine Sterling, and other relatives.
