Leola M. Dartez was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She entered into Eternal rest on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her home in Baton Rouge Louisiana. She was born October 27, 1937 in Greensburg, Louisiana to the late Ella Chauney Reynolds and Ivory Lee Mc Culland. Sister Dartez confessed and accepted Christ as her personal Savior at a very young age in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a member of St. Daniel Spiritual Church in New Orleans Louisiana. Sister Dartez was educated in the New Orleans Public School System. Sister Dartez enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, great-grandkids and friend. Sister Dartez leaves to cherish her memories: her son Carlos of New Orleans, Louisiana, two brothers Alfred and Samuel Reynolds both of New Orleans, Louisiana, fourteen grandkids, twenty six great grandkids a host of relatives and friends. Leola was preceded in death by her mother Ella Reynolds, father Ivory Lee McCulland son Joseph Dartez Jr., and a daughter Stacy D. Halley.
