Louvenia Richardson Breaux was born January 16, 1943, in Baker, LA. She is the daughter of the late Christine Baker Ellis Richardson. She was married to Herbert Louis Breaux, Jr. From their union they reared five wonderful children. She departed this life quietly on May 16, 2020, at Baton Rouge General Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA.
Louvenia spent her life loving and caring for her husband, their family, and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking and providing service to her community. She was a true giver in every since of the word. Anytime she had the opportunity to help others she went out of her way to do so. She loved spending time with her family, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. Louvenia was a faithful servant of Jehovah until the end.
Louvenia is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years Herbert Breaux, Jr daughters Stephanie and Lavontra (Santa Ana, CA); three sons Herbert III, Timothy (Houston, TX), Garrick, wife Alicia; six grandchildren, Lamar (Houston, TX), Jeffery II, Prince III, Herbert IV, Garrick, and Gabriel; nine great grandchildren Zachary, Zoria, Trevor, Jordan, Lalia, Kendal, Gracie, Jeffery III, and Prince IV. Lovenia is also survived by her brothers, Micheal and Alfred Thomas. She also leaves a lasting legacy on a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Christine Baker.
