Ms. Myrtis Marie Lewis was born on April 12, 1965 in Oakland, California to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lewis. She departed this life on October 28, 2021. She was the last of four children. She was blessed with four children, Charles Wade Jr., Ashley Nicole Wade, Kentrail Alexander Lewis, and Michael John Lewis. She had four grandchildren. She lived in several places, Oakland California, New Orleans Louisiana, Orlando Florida and Baton, Louisiana. She touched people everywhere she lived. She leaves behind three sons, Charles Wade Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Kentrail Alexander Lewis of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Michael John Lewis of Baton Rouge, Louisiana LA and one daughter, Ashley Nicole Wade of Orlando, Florida; Four Grandchildren: Geniah Jessica Wade of Lubbock, Texas; Ahmaya Manso-Lewis of Orlando, Florida; Kentrail Alexander Lewis Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Michael John Lewis Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. One Brother: Clarence Lewis III of Orlando, Florida; One Sister: Debra D. Lyerson of Clayton North Carolina; One Brother-in-Law: Norman E. Lyerson Jr. of Clayton, North Carolina; Two Aunts: Gladys Green of Oakland, California and Margarite Johnson of Dallas, Texas and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
