Peter N. Gotch, Jr. was born in Lafayette, LA on December 21, 1936 to Adelle Gotch and the late Peter N. Gotch, Sr. Peter accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and worshipped at Friendship Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Charles Allen. The Lord called Peter home on April 9, 2015 at 2:00 AM. He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving and devoted wife of 30 years, Jo Ann W. Gotch; eleven children, Kemper Pearl, Kayla, Kevin, Marlon, Marcus, and Reverend Ronald (Serena) Gotch all of Baton Rouge; Cleopatra Zeno, Donald Ray (Lynette), Arnold (Joyce), Vanessa and Debra Gotch all of Lafayette, LA and one step-daughter, Janice (Kevin) Walker of Baton Rouge, LA. He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many loving friends. Peter was preceeded in death by his father, Peter Gotch, Sr., two sons, Grady and Leonard Gotch; an aunt, Rose Howard; one granddaughter, Khloe Grace Walker and great-grandson, Kylen Broussard.
