Ronnie was born to Ola Mae Jones Wilson and the late Charles Wilson on August 22, 1963. He departed his earthly life on Agust 26, 2017 at 9:40 a.m. at Regency Place, Old Hammond Highway, Baton Rouge, LA. Ronnie was a 1982 graduate of Scotlandville High School. He worked as a roofer for many years. He enjoyed being around his family and friends having something good to say to each of them with a smile on his face always. Ronnie accepted Christ as his personal saviour and was baptized on January 11, 2004 at Bethany World Prayer Center North under the leadership of Pastor Larry Stockstill. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving mother; Ola Mae Jones Wilson, one (1) sister, Linda Marie Jones of Baton Rouge, LA; two (2) brothers; Melvin Jones of Los Angeles, CA and Jerome (Felicia Lee) Wilson of Baton Rouge, LA; one (1) niece, Kimberly Jones; three (3) nephews, Jaworski Jackson, Dedrick Scharnett of Baton Rouge, LA and Jerome Joey Wilson of Virginia; three (3) aunts, Cleola Jones Muse of Baton Rouge, LA, Ceola Jones Hudson of Los Angeles, CA and Leola Jones Munoz of Chicago, IL; three (3) uncles, Sidney Jones Centreville, MS, Richard and Wardell Morrison of Baton Rouge, LA; one (1) great uncle and aunt, Ed (Ora Lee) Jones of Baton Rouge, LA; a loyal friend, John "Tanker" Spears; a host of cousins, other family members and friends. Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Charles Wilson, maternal and paternal grandparents and close friend Joseph "Woodie" Haywood.
