Mrs. Sonia Roena Roberts-Thomas was born on May 5, 1967 in Greenville, Mississippi to the late Lillian Roberts. She was employed with Southern University, for many years until she retired. Sonia Roberts-Thomas had a love for playing scrabble and reading books. She is survived by her husband, Tom Thomas; two sons, Christopher Roberts and Travis Williams; two sisters, Jolanda Williams and Mary Moore Hunter; one brother, Erskine Roberts; grandchildren, Layleah Roberts, Zechariah Roberts, Nylah Roberts, Noah Roberts, Gabriellah Roberts, and Elijah Roberts.
