Tracy Renee Fountain went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. She was born on October 8, 1978, to George and Minnie (Anderson) Fountain in Baton Rouge, La. She received the Lord at an early age and enjoyed childhood and young adult life here in Baton Rouge. After graduating from Southern University and A&M College, she moved to Houston, TX, moving back to Baton Rouge over 15 years ago to help care for her parents career driven in her chosen field of finance, she rose to the ranks of Chief Financial Officer (BREC).

She was accomplished and dynamic with a heart for volunteerism, working previously with the Girl Scouts of America. A dedicated Soror of Delta Sigma Theta inc, she previously held a finance office at the Baton Rouge Delta Alumnae Chapter.

Tracy had an infectious personality and was dearly loved by a massive circle of friends know as her "framily".

She will be deeply missed by her mother, Minnie Fountain, siblings Dawn and George IV (Gabrielle) Fountain, nephew and niece Daniel and Jena Jenkins, beloved pet Pumpkin "Punkin" Nicole, and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Revered George Fountain, Jr.
